For import containers   

The day of arrival of the import train and the first two (2) working days* free of charges.

   In case of the day of arrival of train is holiday, the free storage period is three (3) working days after

   holiday.

   After the free storage period the storage charges for the next five (5) calendar days:            

•   containers: 14,00- € /TEU**/day
•   other combined freight unit: 28,00- € /unit/day

   Storage charges after the five days period for the next two (2) calendar days:  

•   containers: 32,00- € /TEU/day.                             
•   other combined freight unit: 64,00- € /unit/day.

   Storage charges after the two (2) days period:

•   containers: 49,00- € /TEU/day.
•   other combined freight unit: 98,00- € /unit/day.

   For export containers:  

•   containers: 28,00- € /TEU/day.
•   other combined freight unit: 56,00- € /unit/day.  
   

For ADR/RID containers: +20% surcharge.

*   working day: all calendar days except weekends, hungarian national holidays and public holidays (1st of January, 15th of March, Easter Monday, 1st of May, whit Monday, 20th of August, 23rd of October, 1st of November, 25-26th of December).

**TEU: Twenty-Foot Equivalent Unit (e.g. 1×20’ container counts 1 TEU, 1×21’-30’ container counts 1,5 TEUs, 1×40’ container counts 2 TEUs)

Lifting charge of containers and other combined freight units:

41,00- € /lifting.  

Lifting charges of containers and other combined freight units from Kelenföld Container Depot (KCD Ltd., „BILK Depot”):

53,00- € /lifting.  

Mounting charge of swap bodies mounted on feet:

29,00- € /lifting.

Road trucking rates for semi-trailers

• Within the territory of BILK: 80,00- €.
• Within the territory of Budapest up to 50 km 144,00- €.
•  Within the territory of Budapest over 50 km 156,00- €.
•  Outside of Budapest within a radius of 50 km: 173,00- €.
•  51 - 100km: 197,00- €.
•  Over 101 km: 0,90- €/km. 

   Road trucking rates for sideloaders

•   Within the territory of BILK: 85,00- €.
•   Within the territory of Budapest up to 50 km 173,00- €.
•   Within the territory of Budapest over 50 km 185,00- €.
•   Outside of Budapest within a radius of 50 km: 197,00- €.
•   51 - 100km: 229,00- €.
•   Over 101 km: 1,25- €/km. 
   

Trucking terms

•   +30% surcharge at heavyweight containers (gross weight > 24 t).
•   +30% surcharge for haulage of ADR goods.
•   The road haulage can be done without ADR I. class.
•   Trucking prices applied to freight range. The transportation price is valid for the total kilometers done.
•   Trucking prices do not included the eventual entry permission into Budapest.
•   In case of regular business we can offer special rates.

Lifting charge outside of the terminal

Charge per lifting: 25,00- € /cntr.

Truck waiting charge at sideloaders

•   First 4 hours free of charge.
•   From 4th hour: 25,00- € per hour. 

Truck waiting charge at semi-trailers

•   First 2 hours free of charge.
•   From 2nd hour: 22,00- € per hour. 

Transportation cancellation:

•   If transportation cancelled or postponed with notice being given at least 12 hours prior to commencement of loading: 85,00- €/cancellation.
•   If transportation cancelled or postponed after the commencement of loading or after the services are due to commence: total of the tariff will be charged.

This price contains the moving of import container to the reefer plug and the loading on the truck. In case of export container the price contains the unloading from the truck and moving from the reefer yard.

Handling charges:

• First 24 hours: 48,00- € /cntr/day.
• From 25th hour till the 5th day: 48,00- € /cntr/day.
• From 6th till 10th days: 69,00- € /cntr/day.
• From 11. day: 82,00- € /cntr/day. 

The charges included the plug in and plug off procedures, inspections, and the storage and energy costs.

Handling charges of Gen-Set: 

• Lift on/from container: 12,00- € /lifting.
• Filling with gasoil: 15,00- € /filling + cost of material.

The total process of weighing of a container consists two weighing (one weighing of the empty truck, and another one of the truck loaded with container).
