With blocktrains running regularly, BILK Kombiterminál has direct connection - by the trains of the cooperating railway operators - with the significant harbors and terminals of Europe (Hamburg, Bremenhafen, Rotterdam, Koper, Trieste, Munich, Duisburg, Vienna, Wels, Enns, Nurenberg). Beside the well sophisticated west European blocktrain network, the terminal is focusing ont he developing of East European network with the cooperating rail operator partners. The first step of this expansion is the new service between BILK Kombiterminál and Curtici-Arad (RO). The new train project had launched in August 2009.

The terminal is handling 65-70 blocktrain per week. Beside the blocktrains the terminal is also handling irregular blocktrains and container consignments on rail.

Presently the BILK Kombiterminál is handling regularly running blocktrains of the following railway operators:
