A Szlovén Vasutaktól kapott tájékoztatás szerint Koper kikötőben az extrém időjárás (erős szél) miatt nehezen megy a rakodás. A hajók nehezen tudnak kikötni és elindulni, ezért sok vonat áll Koper előtt, és lassan megy a be és kirakodás. Emiatt késések lehetnek a határon a vonatok átvételénél és közlekedtetésénél is, de a szlovén vasúttársaság mindent megtesz, hogy normalizálja a helyzetet.

According to the Slovenien Railways information because of extreme weather conditions (strong winds) the handling of containers is stalling in the Port of Koper. In this case vessels landing and sailing is difficult, so many trains are in for Koper, that is why the loading and unloading goes slowly. Therefore on the border could be delayes by the trains receipt and proceeding, but the Slovenien Railways do everything possible to get back to normal.
